We are very excited about the release of our brand new Summer Menu for 2020/21. Take a look below at some of the exciting new dishes along with our brand new Lunch and Dinner specials.


Bookings are available for lunch and dinner in the Brasserie and the latest a table can be booked for is 6pm. . Minimum of 4 people is required to make a booking. Table will be reallocated if more than 10 minutes late. Under current COVID 19 restrictions we can make bookings of up to 30 people however any bookings over 20 will need to be booked through our events team.

Skillion Brasserie

11.30am – 2.30pm & 5.30pm – 8.00pm (Sunday – Wednesday)

11.30am – 2.30pm & 5.30pm – 8.30pm (Thursday – Saturday)



10.00am – 9.00pm (7 days per week) 

Snack Bar

Friday & Saturday 4pm-8pm

Sunday 12pm – 7pm

Dinner Specials $15M $16.5NM

Sunday Roast night – your choice of 3 roast meats and vegetables served with gravy

Monday 200g T-Bone Steak served with chips and salad                  

 Tuesday Roast night – your choice of 3 roast meats and vegetables served with gravy

Wednesday Schnitzel Night (two toppings available $2 M, $2.2 NM each)

Thursday Pasta Night – purchase a pasta special and receive a Buy $5 get $5 Free Raffle ticket

Plus our Weekend Chefs Specials Friday – Sunday 


This menu is available from 4pm – 8pm Friday & Saturday and from 12pm-7pm Sunday.

The Deck is a great area to enjoy a pizza, burger or a range of other dishes whilst enjoying the sun or live sport on our Deck Big Screen.



This menu is available from 10am-9pm, 7 days per week.
