Breakers Country Club has three separate dining facilities with our Skillion Brasserie, Cafe and Burger Hut.
Our freshly renovated Skillion Brasserie, with views over the Terrigal Lagoon all the way up to the Skillion. The Brasserie is open 7 days a week for Lunch and Dinner with daily specials.
We are excited to have Aaron Stewart as our Executive Chef. Aaron and his team look forward to serving you. Aaron has prepared a menu to please every palate using local products and prepared by our team of Chefs that take pride in each meal they prepare. We have our classics whilst introducing an Asian flavour and a chargrill front of house.
We also provide gluten free, vegetarian and children’s meals.
With our gluten free choices all care has been taken to provide a gluten free product but we cannot guarantee a zero cross contamination.
We also have a new Cafe on the first floor serving you freshly brewed coffee, sandwiches and snacks daily.
Our Burger Hut on the Ground Floor also serves gourmet burgers, hand crafted pizzas, mouth watering sides and monster milkshakes. A great place to relax with the family with our Alfresco Dining and Kids Play Area.
